How to Access Smart Scheduler

You can access Smart Scheduler through three different methods:

Click Smart Scheduler in your navigation bar
Toggle on "Enable Smart Scheduler"
A setup screen will appear to help you configure your Smart Scheduler parameters
After initial setup, you'll see all scheduled posts using Smart Scheduler, plus an option to add new posts

Create Button

Click the +Create button next to your profile
Select "Add to Smart Scheduler"
Set up the specific post or DM you want to use with Smart Scheduler

Vault

Navigate to Vault in the Navigation Bar
Click the black +Add button
Select "Add to Smart Scheduler"

Understanding Your Smart Scheduler Queue

Content added to Smart Scheduler appears in your Scheduler tab with distinct visual indicators:

Gradient purple with sparkles – Content actively managed by Smart Scheduler
Greyed out – Content that has already been posted
Black – Regularly scheduled posts (not using Smart Scheduler)

Review all scheduled content in your Scheduler tab
